Kuong Ly

Koung is the Public Interest Legal Fellow at Health Law Advocates

He and his family are refugees from Cambodia who were resettled in Lexington, Massachusetts in 1990.

Passionate about health care equity and justice, he has worked as an organizer with Health Care For All, researched refugee mental health at Harvard University, and volunteered in the foot-care clinic of Boston Health Care for the Homeless.

Kuong is a graduate of UCLA School of Law, University of Essex School of Law and University of Cambridge.
