Virtual Meditation practice: Monday through Friday, beginning March 18

Monday through Friday, beginning March 18, join us on Zoom for a 15-minute morning meditation practice.

The meditation begins at 8:15 AM, but newcomers should arrive on the Zoom call at 8 for an introduction. Learn more on our website (coming soon). Here is the Zoom link we will use for each practice.
