Beacon Hill Friends House has two governing boards, the Board of Managers and the members of the Corporation.

The Board of Managers meets four (or more) times a year to provide oversight for the work of the House and to assist in the operations of the house. It is comprised of local Friends, alumni, two house residents, and others who care about the organization.

The members of the Corporation consist of representatives from the quarterly meetings of New England Yearly Meeting, along with the officers and clerks of standing committees of the Board of Managers. The Corporation meets annually to approve the budget and the Board of Managers.
