The Beacon Hill Friends House have three on-site staff: An Executive Director (full-time), a Residency Manager (full-time), and a Resident Chef-Kitchen Manager (part-time.) We also contract a Bookkeeper for very part-time work.

BHFH is currently seeking applications for a full-time Quaker Action Program ManagerThe Beacon Hill Friends House, a cooperative residence and center for Quaker action and education in downtown Boston, seeks a visionary self-starter as our Quaker Action Program Manager. As the first staff member in this full-time role, you’d lead and grow our initiatives advancing social justice, witness according to Friends’ testimonies, and related education programs for Quakers and the general public.
